Banking Court No.7 Karachi: Summons to Mujeeb-ur-Rehman to Appear on 2026-09-03

Banking Court No.7, Karachi (presiding: Dr. Hatem Aziz Solangi) has issued a summons in a recovery suit against Mr. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman son of Mir Muhammad Muslim of House No. 22-C, Block 7, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. The plaintiff claims recovery of financial dues amounting to Rs. 3,931,482.81 under Section 9, together with costs and damages, until final determination of the suit.

The defendant is directed to appear in court on 03 September 2026 at 8:30 AM and is entitled to file a written application for leave to defend within thirty (30) days. Failure to appear or seek leave may enable the plaintiff to obtain a decree with costs in due course.
