Tender: E-Bids Invited by Chief Minister's Office Punjab for Stationery, Printing, Photocopier & Other Services — Lahore (Submission 2026-07-22)

Chief Minister's Office, Punjab invites e-bids on a lot basis from eligible bidders (firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers and joint ventures, if applicable) registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. E-bids will be received under single-stage two-envelope procedure and must be accompanied by bid security in the name of “Chief Minister’s Office” in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Late e-bids will be rejected.

Bidders must upload bids via the Punjab e-procurement portal (PPRA/eproc site). Original bid security instrument must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title to the Procurement Office before the e-bid submission deadline. Bidders are advised to upload well before the deadline; submission on the e-portal is the bidder's responsibility.
