Tender Notice — E-Bids Invited by Chief Minister’s Office Punjab (Lahore) for Multiple Supply Lots

Issuing office: Procurement Office, Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab (Room No. 36, 2nd Floor, Chief Minister’s Office Punjab, 8-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore). E-bids are invited on a lot basis from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers (if applicable), registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Bidders must submit separate E-bids for each Lot. Bids will be processed under single-stage, two-envelope procedure and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order.

Original bid security instrument must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number and Title to the Procurement Office before the E-bid submission deadline. Bidders are advised to upload bids on the e-procurement portal and ensure timely submission; the response time will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. - Bid security must accompany E-bids; original instrument to be submitted to the Procurement Office before the E-bid submission deadline.
- Bidders are responsible for timely uploading/submission on the e-procurement portal; Chief Minister’s Office will not be responsible for portal issues.
