LESCO Tender: Provision of Cellular Services & 4G/5G Wireless Data Services – Bids Due 2026-07-23

LAHORE ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY (LESCO) invites E-Bids through E-PADS version 2.0 along with sealed bids (single stage two-envelope: Technical & Financial bid separately) from mobile service providers for the provision of Cellular Services & 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services in LESCO in lots under “Post Paid Tariff”. Bids must comply with tender documents and include required bid security as specified.

Submission instructions: All E-bids must be accompanied by a bid security as per the tender documents. E-Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions and requirements are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit bids through E-Pads version 2.0 and must ensure the original bid security reaches the office of the Director General (Admn) LESCO H/Q, 1st Floor, Room No.112, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the stated closing time and date. Bids will be opened at the aforesaid date & time.

Procurement rules and grievance redressal: The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) information and relevant notifications are available on the LESCO website (www.lesco.gov.pk) and the Authority website (www.ppra.org.pk).
