SEPCO Invitation to E-Bids for Printing Electricity Consumer Bill Forms (EPADS v2.0)

Chief Executive Officer, Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed/electronic item-wise bids from eligible printing firms/suppliers for printing Electricity Consumer Bill forms on EPADS Version 2.0 (e-tendering) on an FCS basis (free delivery to consignee's stores). Firms registered with WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/NGC or non-registered may participate if they meet eligibility. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be on FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(a). Delivery to Regional Stores SEPCO Rohri & Larkana. Important submission & bid conditions:

- Submit bids electronically on EPADS v2.0. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS; original bid security (bank guarantee/CDR/Banker cheque) in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur must reach the Procuring Agency before bid closing date/time.

- Electronic bids will be opened on the same day using EPADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.

- Bid validity: 90 days. Bank instrument must remain valid for an additional 28 days beyond bid validity.
