PRMSC Tender: Multiple Civil Works Packages (Bahawalnagar, Shujabad, Taunsa, Alipur) — Bid Deadline 2016-08-04

Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) invites sealed bids for multiple civil works packages under the Punjab Rural Safe Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). Works cover a number of village clusters in Tehsils including Bahawalnagar, Shujabad, Taunsa and Alipur. Interested, eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers are invited to obtain bidding documents and submit proposals.

How to obtain documents & bid submission

Bidding documents are available from the Office of the Employer and may be downloaded from the PRMSC website. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled (shown in the notice) at the PRMSC Conference Room, 5th Floor KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore. Bidders must submit bids in sealed envelopes by the deadline. Electronic bidding is not permitted.

Bid security

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the shape of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as specified in the bidding documents, payable to Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company.

Deadlines and opening

Last date/time for submission: 2016-08-04 by 15:00 hrs. Public bid opening: same day at 15:30 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives.
