Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Multan Tender: Winter & Summer Outfits and Miscellaneous Items — Bid Deadline 2026-10-27

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Regional Office South Punjab Multan, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors or service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for procurement of outfits for winter and summer seasons and miscellaneous items for resident children of PBM Sweet Homes operating in five districts (Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Kot Addu, Layyah and Multan).

Submission and opening details:

Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (www.epads.gov.pk) by 2026-10-27 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Regional Office South Punjab Multan in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security (call deposit receipt / pay order) must be submitted in favor of Director, PBM Regional Office South Punjab Multan.
