Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila invites sealed tenders on CFR Karachi / For Taxila basis from suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of the listed items. Bidders must submit tenders in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents.
Submission & Opening: Sealed tenders addressed to CFO, clearly marked with the tender number, must reach the Tender Box, Admin Block, HMC Taxila before 14:00 hours on 2026-08-06. Bids will be opened on the same day in the Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
Bidding Documents & Fee: Bidding documents, containing detailed Terms & Conditions, are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management, HMC. Documents can be purchased against payment of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) in the form of CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC.
Important: HMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of the contract.
