The office of the Director Works & Contracts Engineering (DW&CE), DCI Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for miscellaneous works at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES may also apply provided they attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR / Defence Saving Certificate duly pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
