LESCO Tender: Provision of Cellular Services & 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services (E-Bids)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites e-bids from qualified mobile service providers for the provisional supply of Post Paid Cellular Services and 4G LTE / 5G Wireless Data Services within LESCO jurisdiction (areas include Lahore and other LESCO districts).

Submission and bidding instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS version 2.0 and include sealed hard copies under the single-stage two-envelope procedure (technical and financial bids separately) as specified in the tender documents. All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security as per the tender documents. Original bid security must reach the office of Director General (Admn), LESCO H/Q, 1st Floor Room No.112, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the stated closing date and time.
