Chief Minister’s Office Punjab — Lot-Based E-Tender for Hardware, Equipment, Furniture & Services (Submit by 2026-07-22)

Issuer: Section Officer (Admin), Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab. E-tenders (Lot basis) are invited from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors and service providers registered with relevant tax authorities for supply/procurement against specified Heads of Account. Bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax (as applicable) and submit bids through the E-PADS portal. Each Lot must be bid and will be awarded separately.

Bid security: An original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title. Acceptable forms include CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as specified. Original bid security must reach the Procurement Office before the E-bid submission deadline.
