UHS Public Notice: Original CNIC / Juvenile ID Required for MDCAT-2026 Entry

Issuer: University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore.

Purpose: Mandatory production of original valid identity document for entry to the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT-2026) examination centre scheduled for 16 August 2026.

Accepted identity documents:

• Original valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA — for candidates aged 18 years or above.
• Original valid Juvenile Identity Card (JIC) / Smart Card issued by NADRA — for candidates below 18 years of age.
• Original valid passport issued by a competent national authority — passport holders must present the original passport at the examination centre.

Not acceptable (will not be allowed for entry): B-Form (Child Registration Certificate), school certificates (matric), higher secondary school certificate (F.Sc/HSSC), domicile certificate, educational institution identity cards, driving licence, other certificates or documents, photocopies, scanned copies, digital images, laminated copies, expired identity documents or any other document whatsoever.

Important instructions:

• Biometric verification will be conducted at examination centres; only the original CNIC, original JIC/Smart Card or original valid passport will be accepted.
• All aspiring candidates are advised to obtain the requisite identity document from NADRA well before the examination date to avoid any inconvenience. Failure to produce the prescribed original valid identity document at the examination centre may result in denial of entry.
