Warning: Unauthorized Use of Indigo Developers Trademarks and Copyrights — Lahore

Indigo Developers, represented by Nadeem Akhtar (Advocate, High Court), notifies the public that its trademarks 434832, 509985, 509983, 530298, 509981 and copyrights 49591-copr, 41134-copr are registered and exclusively owned by the company. The notice states these rights are registered in Pakistan and that no other person or entity is authorized to use them.

The notice warns that any person or organization found using or imitating the registered trademarks or copyrights will face legal action under the Trademarks Ordinance 2001, Copyright Ordinance 1962, and related provisions through FIA and other relevant criminal statutes.
