Reports functionally to the Audit & Finance Committee and Board and administratively to the CEO. Candidate must meet Fit & Proper criteria under Schedule-IV of the SOE Act, 2023. | Islamabad |
| Deputy Manager — Gender & Development (G&D) | 1 | 57 years | Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Affairs or related discipline; minimum 5 years professional experience in gender analysis and mainstreaming in development contexts. Experience required in designing/implementing gender action plans and managing gender safeguards and compliance aligned with donor frameworks (e.g., World Bank ESF, ADB SPS), particularly in DRR or climate resilience projects. | Islamabad |
