WASA Faisalabad Tender: GIS-Based Distribution of Bills Services (PKR 192.491M)

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Faisalabad invites online tenders from eligible engineering firms/contractors for the following project under the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) e-Tendering system. Bidders must follow Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (as amended) and submit bids through the e-procurement portal.

Key Instructions & Requirements:

- Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes may participate.

- Registration: All bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement / PPRA portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and submit bids online per PPRA rules.

- Earnest Money: Earnest money/ bid security equal to 2% of the quoted/estimated amount to be furnished in the form of CDR as specified in the tender documents in favor of Deputy Director (P&S), WASA.

- Performance Security: Successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee (as specified in the tender documents, typically 10% of contract amount) in the prescribed form within the stipulated time after award.

- Bidding Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope e-bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules will be followed. Bids will be opened online through the PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement system.
