Medical Superintendent, Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital, Sargodha invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement, repair and maintenance and outsourcing services for FY 2026-27. Bidding documents, detailed terms and schedules are available on PPRA Punjab and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted via e-Procurement and will be opened as per the schedules below. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (in acceptable forms) is required unless otherwise specified.

How to apply and key conditions:
- Download bidding documents from: https://ppms.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk (PPRA/e-Procurement portals).
- Submit e-bids on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must include the required bid security (2% of estimated cost) in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favour of Medical Superintendent, Dr. Faisal Masood Teaching Hospital, Sargodha. No conditional bank guarantees will be accepted.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the scheduled opening times. If the closing date is an official holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for submission and opening.
