How to Apply
Bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by 02 May 2026 up to 10:00 A.M. Original Bid Security in favour of Director of Education (Colleges), Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR /Banker Cheque/ Demand Draft / Pay Order of the above mentioned amount must be submitted physically at the below mentioned address well before the closing date and time of submission of e-bids. Only e-bids submitted through e-PADS shall be entertained/accepted.

Notes
The URL of the website of the PPRA is (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA. The Directorate of Education (Colleges), Rawalpindi Division, Rawalpindi shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation, delivery, or electronic submission of bids. The items shall be delivered and handed over to the concerned College Principal within 15 days from the date of issuance of the Supply Order. In case the date of opening or the last date of submission is declared a public holiday by the Government, or a non-working day due to any reason, the next working day shall be considered as the date for opening of e-bids. The time and venue shall remain unchanged. All procurement processes, including receiving, opening, evaluation, and award of bids, shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended from time to time). In case of any conflict between the Bidding Documents and the PPRA Rules, the latter shall prevail. A separate bid must be submitted for each tender by the interested bidder(s).
