Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO), Sukkur. SEPCO invites electronic bids (EPADS v2.0) on an item-wise FCS (free delivery to consignee's stores) basis for printing Electricity Consumer Bill Forms. Registered and non-registered firms (WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/NGC registered) may participate subject to eligibility criteria. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
Procurement method: Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). Regional consignees: SEPCO Regional Store Rohri & Larkana.

Key instructions and requirements:
- E-bidding documents, detailed terms and specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS v2.0. New vendors must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. EPADS is accessible at https://epads.gov.pk.
- Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS v2.0 on or before the stated submission deadline; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day using EPADS v2.0.
- All e-bids / electronic bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as mentioned in the bidding documents in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur in the shape of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Banker Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.
- Bid validity: 90 days. Bank instrument (bid security) must remain valid for an additional 28 days beyond the validity date.
- Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the bid security on EPADS v2.0. Original bid security must be submitted to the Procuring Agency on or before the closing date & time of e-bids submission; failure to submit will result in rejection.
- The advertisement is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and SEPCO website (www.sepco.com.pk). Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk.
