Tender for Supply of Fresh Vegetables & Fruits – Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra

Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra invites sealed tenders from sole distributors/contractors (authorized dealers) for supply of fresh ration (vegetables & fruits etc.). Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in shape of Call Deposit, Demand Draft or Pay Order for the amount shown against the item in favour of Principal Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra, along with bidding documents.

- Firms must be registered with FBR and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes.

- Bidders shall furnish an affidavit on stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government department.

- Sealed bids complete in all respects must reach the office of the undersigned by the stated deadline. Any cutting/overwriting or manipulation may lead to rejection. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.

- Bid validity period: 4 months.

- No transportation, carriage or mobilization charges will be paid for supply to the designated place.

- All pages of bid documents must be signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

- The Tender Opening Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids with written reasons.

- Tender documents can be collected from PSCC Batrasi during office hours upon payment of the tender fee (non-refundable) by Pay Order, Bank Draft or cash in favour of the Principal. Documents are available from 4 days after publication of this notice until one day before the opening date.
