Tender: Procurement, De-weeding & Repair Works — Sujawal Drainage Division (2026-27)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Sujawal Drainage Division invites sealed quotations from SPPRA-registered contractors/companies/firms on Rate Contract/Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) for procurement and maintenance works for the Sujawal Drainage Division for the financial year 2026-2027. Tender documents are available on the Sindh e-Procurement portal (EPADS): https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk.

Procurement method & submission timeline: Single Stage Two Envelope (National Competitive Bidding). Tenders will be received up to 1:30 PM on the last submission date and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the date(s) shown. First attempt last date: 2026-07-28 (opening same day); 2nd attempt (if required) last date: 2026-08-13.

Key eligibility & mandatory documents: Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration (relevant category); active Income Tax registration (NTN) with Federal Board of Revenue clearance; Sindh Revenue Board registration with active status and clearance; proof of relevant experience; minimum turnover equal to at least three times the NIT value for the last 3 years; each bidding document page numbered, signed and stamped by the firm owner; original affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation and has not entered into plea bargaining with NAB.

Bid security and fees: Bid security 5% of estimated cost (Rs. 2,950,000/-) in the form of Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Executive Engineer, Sujawal Drainage Division. Non-refundable tender fee Rs. 3,000/- (pay order/demand draft) to be submitted with downloaded documents as instructed on EPADS.

Submitted bids and required documents must be delivered to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Sujawal Drainage Division, Sujawal. Original bid security and required affidavits must accompany the submission.

Important conditions: Bids not accompanied by required bid security, received after the specified time/date, or failing to meet validity requirements will be rejected. Bid validity: 90 days. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended up to date).
