GIK Institute Prequalification for Supply of Fresh & Dry Food Items (Tender GIKIPDIFCD-1136/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), Topi invites sealed proposals for prequalification of suppliers for the supply of fresh items (fruits, vegetables, beef, mutton, spices, pulses, rice, sugar, etc.) and dry grocery/ration items under Tender GIKIPDIFCD-1136/26.

Eligible suppliers with valid NTN and GST and at least five years' relevant experience may apply for one or both categories by submitting separate, clearly marked sealed applications. Prequalification documents are available from the Procurement Office (09:00–17:00) or via the GIKI website. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 is required. Sealed applications must reach the Assistant Director Procurement, GIKI, Topi, Swabi (KP) by 2026-07-29 at 15:00; bids will be opened the same day at 15:30.
