Eligibility & required documents
- Manufacturers, distributors and sole agents only.
- Must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with FBR.
- Attach income tax statements of the firm for the last 5 years.
- Attach details of delivery of the same items to other organisations during the last 5 years with the technical bid.
- 5% security/surety will be provided for the warranty period (as stated).
Other important conditions
- Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per rules.
- Queries will be entertained only until one week prior to the mentioned deadline.
- Director General Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules 2004.
