Auction: Canteen Contract at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Jaranwala (FY 2026–2027)

Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Jaranwala (Medical Superintendent) invites sealed bids/contractors to participate in the public auction for the Canteen Contract for the Financial Year 2026–2027 in accordance with Government of Punjab rules and departmental policies.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Original CNIC and bidder details.
• Active FBR registration and valid NTN.
• Attested affidavit on Rs. 300/- stamp paper stating the bidder is not blacklisted by any Government department and has no outstanding government dues.
• Minimum three (03) years experience of operating a canteen in a Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Public Sector Organization, supported by documentary evidence.
• Punjab Food Authority license (to be provided if required).

Terms & Conditions (selected highlights):

• Contract valid until 2027-06-30.
• Successful bidder to deposit applicable government taxes (Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and other taxes/levies) within three (03) working days of award.
• Electricity supply provided only for one refrigerator, one fan and four light points; additional electrical appliances require written approval from the Medical Superintendent.
• The contractor is responsible for hygiene, cleanliness, good quality and standard food items, storage of supplies, and compliance with Punjab Food Authority rules; violation may lead to termination and forfeiture of security.
• Contract is non-transferable without prior written approval of the competent authority.

How to Apply: Submit the required documents (CNIC, NTN, Punjab Food Authority license if applicable), affidavit on Rs.300 stamp paper, CDR/Bank Draft (Rs.100,000) and pay the non-refundable auction fee.
