Auction will be held on 2026-08-13 at 01:00 PM at the Banking Court, Karachi. The market value is fixed at Rs. 1,200,000 and forced sale value at Rs. 960,000. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid immediately by pay order in the name of Judge, Banking Court, Karachi, with a photocopy of CNIC submitted to the Nazir; no cheque or cash will be accepted for the 25% deposit.
