Directorate Works & Civil Engineering (DW&CE), DCI Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification and sealed bids from firms/contractors for miscellaneous civil works and consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Qualified contractors enlisted with MES may apply; firms not enlisted with MES must submit 2% earnest money of the contract cost as CDR/Defence Saving Certificate pledged to DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued only to qualified contractors.
