Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites bids from well-reputed manufacturers/contractors/dealers/firms/vendors/suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and listed on the FBR taxpayers list for a framework contract for supply of relief items on need basis. Procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission and eligibility:
- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and be on the FBR taxpayers list.
- Bidding documents and full details can be downloaded from PDMA, PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). The response time will be calculated from the date of publication.
- Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bids are to be submitted by 2026-07-30 at 11:00 a.m.; electronic bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
- Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost must be provided as specified in the bidding documents.
- Relevant registration documents (NTN, PRA, Sales Tax registration), technical specifications and any required samples or supporting documents must be provided as per the bidding instructions.
