| Eligibility / Requirements | Construction firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above (or possessing relevant specialization code(s)) and holding a valid PEC registration and applicable specialization(s). |

| Application Security | Bid Security of Rs. 500,000 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of "Daanish University Trust". Applications without prescribed bid security will be rejected. |
| How to Apply | Pre-qualification documents are available on EPADs and the PPRA website. Applications should be submitted electronically through EPADs and one (01) original hard copy of the complete application in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Daanish University Trust) at the address below. |
| Submission & Opening | Deadline for submission: 2015-08-06 up to 02:00 p.m. Applications received after the prescribed date/time will not be entertained. Applications will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. |
| Procurement Rules | Pre-qualification process will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Daanish University Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. |
