Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for Assistant Specialist (Monitoring). PPMC provides policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and manages integrated planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the power sector.

| Qualifications | CA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA / CIMA / CFA or member of a professional accountancy body; or MBA / Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce or related fields (minimum 16 years) from HEC-recognized institute/university; OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics / Data Sciences / Business Analytics. |
| Experience & Skills | Minimum 3 years’ experience (preferably in energy/power sector). Hands-on experience in dashboard reporting, KPI tracking, data-driven performance evaluation, loss analysis and recovery performance assessment, dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent), data validation/reconciliation, handling large operational datasets, strong analytical writing and presentation skills. |
| Probation & Remuneration | First 3 months on probation. Market-based competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience as per company policy. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 35 years as of closing date. No age relaxation. |
