EPADS E-Bidding Notice — Solar Streetlights & Solarization Works, LG&RDD Lower Mohmand

Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department (LG&RDD), Lower Mohmand invites sealed tenders through the EPADS e-bidding system for the following MRS / Non-MRS works as per the Centralized Entitlement Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to apply / submit bids: Bidding documents can be downloaded and bids submitted through the official EPADS portal and the KPPRA website after publication of the NIT. Electronic bids must be uploaded on EPADS before the stated submission deadline. Original bid securities (call deposit / bank guarantee) must be provided as required.

Key eligibility & submission requirements (as stated):

• Valid CNIC.
• Valid PEC registration in the relevant category with required specialization codes (electrical / solar specializations as listed).
• Certificate of sole proprietorship or Form-A / registration with SECP for companies and valid Power of Attorney where applicable.
• Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the specified form (as stated in the bidding documents).
• Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for provincial taxes.
• Bids will be opened online at the stated opening time; bidders must follow EPADS procedures and KPPRA rules.
