Pre-Qualification Tender for Food & Non-Food Vendors — District Disaster Management Authority Sahiwal

Deputy Commissioner / Chairman, District Disaster Management Authority, Sahiwal invites bids for pre-qualification of firms, sole proprietors and companies at district level for procurement of food and non-food items for the forthcoming flood/monsoon 2020-2027.

Single-stage, single-envelope e-bids are to be submitted through the e-Procurement System (EPADS). Bids must include a refundable bid security approximately equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of Deputy Commissioner, Sahiwal; the original CDR and technical bid must be submitted in an envelope to ADC (BP) Office, Office Complex, District Courts, Jail Road, Sahiwal before the e-bid submission deadline. E-bid submission closes on 2006-07-22 11:30 AM and bids will be opened on 2006-07-23 12:00 PM. Successful bidders must deposit a 5% performance guarantee before issuance of supply order. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
