Eligibility & conditions

Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, be on the Active Taxpayers List and hold required registrations. Relevant prior experience and demonstrated financial capacity are required. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category (specialized code CE(01) — General Civil Engineering Works; category C-6 or above where applicable) is specified for eligible bidders.

Documents & submission

Tender documents are available from the date of publication until the stated deadline during office hours. A non-refundable document fee of PKR 2,000 is payable to the prescribed account. Bids must include the specified bid security (2%) and be submitted in sealed form by the deadline. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
