Special Judge (Customs Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-1), Karachi has summoned Mohammad Rehman Khan, proprietor of M/s Khan Traders, in Case No. 2017/A-101 (FIR R&D-EAST-20/2017) for an alleged offence under the Customs Act, 1969. An arrest warrant was issued but returned with a report that the accused was not available and is believed to be absconding.
The accused is directed to appear before the court at Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi on 2026-09-02 to answer the complaint. The order was issued on 2026-07-20 by the Special Judge, Customs Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-1, Karachi.
