LESCO Tender Notice No.03 (2026-27) – Outsourcing Maintenance of HT/LT Distribution Network

Tender No.: LESCO Tender Notice No.03 (2026-27). LESCO invites sealed electronic bids through the E-PADS portal under a "Single Stage One Envelope" tendering procedure for multiple maintenance packages to outsource maintenance of LESCO HT/LT distribution network.

Scope: Six maintenance packages for outsourcing maintenance of LESCO HT/LT distribution network under various LESCO Operation Circles (full package details and scopes are provided in the bidding documents).

Eligibility & bidding method: Bidding is open to contractors duly licensed and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic submission only via the E-PADS web portal (e.g. www.epads.pk / applicable e-procurement portal). Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be applied.
