Issuer: People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan. Opportunity for local female candidates to undergo a fully funded 24-month Community Midwifery (CMW) training at Khui Goth, Karachi, with subsequent placement and employment at designated Basic Health Units (BHUs) or other PPHI-managed health facilities in Balochistan.
| Purpose | Induction, professional midwifery training and employment to strengthen maternal/newborn services at BHUs across Balochistan. |
| Training & Support | 24 months training at Khui Goth Midwifery School, Karachi. PPHI covers training fees, Nursing Board registration/exam fees, academic support, uniforms, stationery, accommodation/food during training, transport for clinical postings, and travel allowance between Karachi and home. |
| Post-Training Service | Selected candidates must serve at the parent BHU or other designated PPHI facility; a service bond and minimum 3 years mandatory service at the assigned BHU are required. |
| Eligibility | Female applicants; Matriculation pass (preferably Science) from a recognized Board with at least 40% marks; age between 18 and 40 years; permanent resident of the respective district/area. |
| Required Documents | Matriculation certificate & mark sheet, domicile/PRC, CNIC copy, 04 passport-size photos (and any other documents requested by PPHI). |
