Shuhada-e-Army Public School & University of Technology Nowshera invites online applications from eligible candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for regular and contract positions. Candidates must apply through ETEA for the screening test; shortlisted candidates will submit documents to the university.

Application & Test Process
- Online application for the ETEA screening test: create a profile at https://www.etea.edu.pk. Obtain E-Sahulat token and verify CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying. Without CNIC verification application cannot be completed.
- Test fee: deposit the prescribed non-refundable ETEA test fee via Easypaisa app/Easypaisa agent or any branch of UBL Bank using the generated deposit slip. Retain the original bank-stamped deposit slip (candidate copy).
- Application window for ETEA test: open from 2026-07-13. Last date to submit online application for the ETEA test: 2026-07-31.
- Roll no. slips will be issued via SMS by ETEA and must be downloaded from https://www.etea.edu.pk. No separate call letters will be posted.
After ETEA Test (Qualified Candidates)
- Candidates scoring 50% or more in the ETEA test will be eligible to submit a filled & signed application form available on the university careers page (https://www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers) along with attested copies of degrees, transcripts/DMCs, experience certificates, CNIC, one recent photograph and a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-.
- Processing fee to be deposited in the University account: Bank of Khyber. Account Title: Vice Chancellor University of Technology Nowshera. Account No: PK68KHBY0104003001160687.
- All required documents must be submitted within 15 days after the conduct of the ETEA test. Eligibility will be reckoned as of the last date for receipt of applications for the ETEA test (2026-07-31).
Important Notes
- Candidates working in government/semi-government must apply through proper channel and submit NOC from current employer. Age relaxation as per government rules on case-to-case basis.
- Degrees from foreign universities require HEC/IBCC equivalence; non-English documents must include an officially verified English translation.
- No TA/DA for test/interview. University may withdraw or alter recruitment process or number of positions without assigning reasons. Candidates must visit the university website regularly for updates.
