How to apply: Submit a duly filled application with 2 attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, educational testimonials, domicile and CNIC to the Office of the Additional Registrar. Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Section / Admin Block of the University or downloaded from the university website: https://www.qau.edu.pk.
Application fee (non‑refundable) payable by Pay Order / Bank Draft or HBL Quaid‑i‑Azam University Branch challan: Rs.2,000 for higher scale posts, Rs.1,000 and Rs.500 for other specified categories as detailed by the university. Fees to be paid in favour of Treasurer, Quaid‑i‑Azam University, Islamabad.
Submit applications along with the required fee on or before 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement during office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Applicants already working in Government / Semi‑Government organizations / Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel with service certificate and NOC issued by the present employer. The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or reject any application without assigning any reason. Appointments are initially for one year and continuation is subject to satisfactory performance; these are project‑based posts and do not confer any right to regularization or permanent appointment.
