LESCO Tender Notice EP-47 to EP-51 – Civil & Pole Works (Closing 2026-07-23)

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed/e-bids for multiple civil and pole works packages (EP-47 to EP-51). Each package covers loading, unloading, carriage, transportation, erection, excavation, earthing and backfilling, and related civil works for HT/LT PCC spun poles and HT steel structures. Estimated cost for each tender is approximately PKR 4.5 million.

Estimated Cost: Approx. PKR 4.5 million per tender package.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms must be registered and renewed for FY 2026-27 with PEC having specialization code (as stated) EE-04, EE-05 for the listed works; must be registered with PRA / FBR and appear on active taxpayer list. Bidders must upload documentary evidence (registration, tax, PRA/FBR) and relevant experience/completion certificates via EPADS V2.0. E-bidders should submit required documents and references of similar works executed (work orders/contracts and satisfactory performance certificates).

Bid Security / Earnest Money: Original bid security of PKR 100,000 in favor of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO must be submitted in physical form (Call Deposit / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank of Pakistan) to the office of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO (LESCO 132 kV Grid Station, F-Block, LDA Avenue-I, Lahore) before the bid submission deadline. Bids without bid security will not be considered. Successful bidder will furnish 10% performance security of the tender amount.

Submission & E-bidding: Tender documents, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS (e-Purchasing and Disposal System) and bidders must submit bids online through EPADS V2.0 as per instructions. Original proof of bid security must be delivered to the LESCO Construction Circle office before the deadline, with a separate application on company letterhead for each tender.

Procedure & Selection: Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure; selection by Least Cost Based Selection. The e-bidding process will be governed by PPRA rules and instructions available on EPADS.
