Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench Tender: Annual Framework Contract for Office & Computer Stationery (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Lahore High Court, Bahawalpur Bench. Invitation for e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules for an Annual Framework Contract for purchase of office stationery, computer stationery, general store and miscellaneous items for Financial Year 2026-27 (up-til 30.06.2027).

Submission & Opening: E-bid proposals must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement (eP) website before the closing date 22-07-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on 22-07-2026 at 10:30 AM.

Eligibility & Bid Conditions: Well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments (where applicable) may apply. Bids to be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure. Quoted rates must include GST/PST and remain valid for 180 days. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.

Bid Security & Guarantees: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order must be uploaded on the eP website and the original deposited/produced in the Purchase Branch of the Court one hour before bid submission. The successful bidder shall deposit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order.

Evaluation: Evaluation will be on a lowest evaluated basis. Non-submission of required rates in a lot will lead to rejection for that lot.
