PIDC Tender Notice – Civil Works & Solar Packages in NA-234 (Korangi-III), Karachi

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDC) invites electronic bids for multiple civil works and solar installation packages in NA-234, District Korangi-III, Karachi. Packages include provision and laying of C.C. paver flooring, construction/rehabilitation of metalled roads, mosque/masjid works, nala construction, and installation of solar systems for mosques.

How to obtain bidding documents: Prospective bidders can obtain bidding documents online via https://eprocure.gov.pk/ by paying a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (in the form of Pay Order / CDR) in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDC). The tender fee must mention the name of the contractor’s firm.

Bid security and submission: Bid security (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee) must be provided (mentioning the contractor’s firm name) in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the E-PADS 2.0 system (upload function). Scanned copies of tender fee and bid security must be uploaded; original sealed Tender Fee, Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantees) and E-Stamp Paper should be delivered in separate envelopes to the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Bahria Complex IV, 6th Floor, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi before bid submission time.

Bid opening & timelines: All bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0; no alternative submission methods will be accepted. Bids will be opened in the Office of The General Manager (Engineering), PIDCL, Bahria Complex IV, Ext. Block Gizri, Karachi in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized representatives of participating firms. Bidders who have executed PIDCL works previously must upload Performance Certificates as prescribed.
