| Qualification | Master's degree / Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. |
| Required Experience | At least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience; experience managing teams and large-scale IT programmes/projects of strategic significance; demonstrated experience in leading enterprise-wide IT automation and digital transformation initiatives; managing relationships with external technology partners, vendors and service providers; proven expertise in project and programme management to ensure timely delivery of complex IT initiatives. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 50 years as on closing date for submission of applications. |
| Appointment & Tenure | Contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable; regularization may be considered after successful completion of the three-year term subject to SECP policy. |
