Issuer: Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of IT & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan. PSEB invites applications for two senior positions to support IT/export growth, workforce development and marketing/branding initiatives.

Position	Age Limit	Minimum Qualification	Experience & Key Requirements
Chief Skills Development Officer (CSDO)	56 years (Max.)	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in ICT / Business / Education Leadership / Management Sciences / Public Policy or related discipline. Degree must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.	Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development or skills training; experience in higher education, government liaison and strategic planning preferred. Proven track record in managing large teams, multi-stakeholder projects and national-level policy initiatives; experience with workforce strategy, digital transformation, or large-scale training initiatives advantageous. Experience securing and managing high-impact projects (e.g., PSDP, donor agencies) and delivering measurable workforce development outcomes. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity) and global workforce mobility trends desirable.
Director Marketing & Branding	56 years (Max.)	Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Marketing / Communications / Branding / Business Administration / Management Sciences / Media Studies / Mass Communication / Public Relations / Strategic Communication or related fields. Degree must be from an HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.	Minimum 10 years post-qualification relevant experience in marketing, branding or strategic communications, with senior or progressively responsible roles. Experience planning and executing marketing & branding initiatives, including digital marketing and large-scale campaigns; ability to lead teams and work with senior management and external stakeholders. Working knowledge of modern marketing tools, analytics platforms and digital channels; exposure to PR, media handling and crisis communication. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite and CRM is an advantage.
