LESCO Tender Notice — Civil/Erection Works EP-47 to EP-51 (Closing 2026-07-23)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) — Project Director Construction Circle, Lahore. Invitation to bid for five civil/erection packages for various LESCO divisions. Estimated cost: Rs. 4.5 million (each tender).

Eligibility and submission requirements:

- Contractors/firms approved and registered with PEC and renewed for the year 2026-27 with relevant specialization codes (EE-04, EE-05 for these works) are eligible.

- Bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with PRA/BR as applicable; bidders shall upload documentary evidence and previous experience records (work orders/completion certificates) on EPADS V2.0.

- E-bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. E-bids must be prepared and submitted through EPADS V2.0. Bids without required bid security will not be entertained.

Bid securities and performance security:

- Original bid security of Rs. 100,000 in favour of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO must be submitted in the office of Project Director Construction Circle LESCO (132 kV Grid Station F-Block LDA Avenue-I Lahore) before the bid submission deadline. Acceptable forms: CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan (and uploaded on EPADS).

- Successful bidder shall furnish 10% Performance Security of the tender amount.

- Procurement method: Single Stage Single Envelope procedure (Least Cost Based Selection).

- Last date & time for submission/closing: 2026-07-23 at 11:30 AM.

- Date & time of opening: 2026-07-23 at 12:00 PM. Bids opening will take place on EPADS V2.0.
