Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan invites bids through the Single Stage One Envelopes Procurement method via the online E-PADS 2.0 system for multiple civil works packages in Karachi. Eligible firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having valid tax registration may submit bids as specified.
Key instructions:
- Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope via E-PADS 2.0 (https://eprocure.gov.pk/).
- Non-refundable e-bidding document fee: PKR 5,000 payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited by Pay Order / CDR, mentioning the name of the Contractor’s Firm and in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited.
- Bid security is required in the shape of Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee (mentioning name of Contractor’s Firm) in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited and in case of Bank Guarantee must be issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan.
