Relationship Manager - Commercial (OG-I)	Wing Head – SME, Commercial & Agriculture - North	Minimum Graduation (Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commerce) from HEC-recognized institution. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or Islamic Banking certification (NIBAF) preferred.	Minimum 4 years of banking experience as Relationship Manager / Relationship Associate / Relationship Officer / Credit Officer in Corporate and/or Commercial and/or SME in Assets. Understanding of financial analysis preferred.	Manage and expand SME & Commercial portfolio to meet revenue and profit targets. Acquire new customers, conduct periodic visits, and submit call reports to Wing Head. Develop business through structured product marketing and cross-selling. Prepare credit proposals, ensure accuracy and compliance with risk management. Coordinate with Credit Administration for disbursement and documentation; maintain credit files and take measures to reduce non-performing loans. Ensure compliance with SBP PRs, Foreign Exchange Manual and NBP Credit Policy; maintain Shariah compliance where applicable. Required skills: people management, knowledge of banking products & policies, strong written & verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, negotiation, ability to manage multiple tasks.	Lahore
Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)	Regional Executive – Operations	Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or Islamic Banking certification preferred.	Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in core branch operations. Local candidates/domicile holders of the mentioned area/city given preference.	Responsible for branch operations, implementation of internal control measures and compliance mechanisms. Support Branch Manager in achieving branch KPIs and budgetary compliance; ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and SOPs (including Shariah compliance where applicable). Manage branch opening/closing on predefined timings and promptly address customer queries. Oversee administrative and operational staff, data processing, reconciliation, and preparation of vouchers/records. Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other regulatory compliance; prepare periodic reports and statements. Required skills: strong understanding of branch operations, leadership and branch management skills, business acumen, analytical and customer-handling skills, MS Office proficiency.	Not specified
