National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Relationship Manager (OG-II) to support branch sales, customer service and branch operations across multiple locations. Selected candidates will be placed on a contractual basis for three years (with possible renewal) and will report to the Branch Manager.

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates with Commerce graduation, Islamic Banking qualification, degree or diploma preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 02 years of banking experience, including at least 06 months in sales. |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | People management; knowledge of banking products, policies and procedures; strong oral and written communication; proficiency in MS Office & databases; knowledge of Islamic banking; selling and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities | Achieve sales targets (deposit generation, remittances, retail & consumer financing); cross-sell and up-sell banking products; conduct customer visits and market activities; handle customer queries and complaints; ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and audit observations; supervise branch operations including ATMs, security, locker operations and cash handling; maintain records and meet Turn Around Time (TAT) requirements. |
