Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — MEPCO Hqs, Khanewal Road, Multan. MEPCO invites e-bids (single-stage, single-envelope) on percentage rate basis under PR-Rules-2004 (amended) for civil works listed below. Bidding documents are available to registered bidders on the e-procurement system (EPADS). Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory; manual bids will not be accepted.
Key eligibility and submission notes: Firms/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad with a valid registration certificate under the relevant CE-10 category, have active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and active Income Tax registration with FBR.
