Government of Pakistan – Pakistan Railways invites applications on contract basis for Project Director positions to manage PSDP-funded projects. Appointments are contractual (usually one year or until project completion, extendable on satisfactory performance). Candidates must apply as instructed below and meet the stated qualification, experience and age requirements.

How to Apply & Important Notes:
- Applications may be submitted online through the National Job Portal: https://njp.gov.pk/ or to the address given in the advertisement within 15 days from the date of publication.
- Submit CV/resume, attested copies of educational and experience certificates, recent photograph and CNIC.
- Posts are purely on contract basis for one (01) year or till project completion (whichever is earlier); extendable on satisfactory performance.
- Project Directors on contract will not be allowed to resign before serving at least one year; resignation prior to one year requires depositing three months’ salary in advance. A surety bond may be required.
- Contract may be terminated with one month’s advance notice in case of poor performance.

- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Government/ Semi Government / Autonomous applicants should apply through proper channel/departmental NOC where applicable.
