Tender: Construction / Rehabilitation of Committee Room, Office of Additional Secretary (Development) — Peshawar

Project Director / Additional Secretary (Development), Climate Change, Forestry, Environment & Wildlife Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar invites sealed bids on the E-PAD (single stage, one envelope) system for construction/rehabilitation work at the Office of Additional Secretary (Development) / Project Director — Committee Room (civil work & internal electrification) under the "Strengthening of Digital Monitoring, Project Coordination and Forest Governance Systems (EPADS)" project.

How to apply and key conditions:

• Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gkp.pk/) after publication of the NIT.
• BOQ shall be filled and a scanned copy uploaded at the time of bid submission through EPADS.
• Proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before the stated deadline; late submissions will not be entertained.
• Earnest money (2%) in the form of an original call deposit in the name of the undersigned must be attached; bids without required security will be rejected.
• Proposals must be signed and stamped by the bidder or their authorized representative.
• Incomplete or conditional bids will not be accepted. The procuring entity may reject any or all bids as per KP-PPRA rules. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.
