National Assembly Secretariat e-Bid: Supply of Stationery, Furniture, Hardware, Software, Toners & Miscellaneous Items

The National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad invites e-bids via EPADS v2.0 for a one-year supply contract (with possible one-year extension) for stationery, furniture, hardware, software, toners and miscellaneous store items. Eligible bidders are original manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax authorities and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, having setups in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Bid documents are available free on EPADS (https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/58778), the National Assembly website and the PPRA website. Submit e-bids through EPADS no later than 2026-08-07 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
