Tender: Sale of Cotton Stock — Provincial Election Commissioner Punjab, Lahore

The Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab Lahore invites sealed tenders for the sale of cotton stock arising from local/general election records. The total available cotton quantity is stated as 321,520 kg with a total reserve price of Rs 20,808,800. Bidders must submit a 10% bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) of Rs 2,089,880 and a written affidavit that the cotton will be used only for pulp and not offered for general sale. Participation is through PPRA EPADS V2.0 under the Single-Stage One-Envelope method.

Tender submission deadline is 2026-08-10 by 11:00; bids will be opened online (EPADS V2.0) at 11:30 the same day. Firms must have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience and provide last three years’ records.
